Jellicoe Office Park was our introduction into commercial developments for one of our clients.
The design was strikingly fresh at that stage and our learning curve steep - and today we are experts in commercial and Industrial development projects - partly due to our involvement in this project.
We built three blocks in the first phase and one block in the second phase.
Our client also started here as a developer and went on to become a wealthy property owner.
